This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the train station and the mall. It's perfect if you want to be close to everything and not waste time traveling around. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with soft carpet and attention to detail. The staff offer great service and are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with a variety of options to choose from.

The only thing that could be improved is the bed, which was a bit too firm for my liking. However, everything else was more than satisfactory.

The hotel is located in the main square by Part-Dieu train station, as well as a short walk to the new Rhonexpress which whizzes you to the airport in 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too.

I think that at 75 euro, this hotel is slightly over-priced.

The location is excellent for train transit travelers. I requested a no-smoker room, but the first room I got didn’t smell good. The receptionist quickly changed me to another room, witch was spotless. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located just a block away from a big indoor shopping center, making it easy for us to do some shopping during our visit. Moreover, it was situated right next to the mainline rail station and the Metro, providing us with easy access to transportation around the city. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing us with directions and recommendations for our time in this city.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Location amd price. Location just outside the main railway station is very convenient for travellers. I was also surprised to find the main shopping area within 3 minutes walking distance!

While booking I knew that breakfast is not included. Still they gave us breakfast couons without any explanation. We thought them to be complimentary. While checking out they chaged us for breakfast. They should have informed us about it beforehand.

Great location within walking distance to the city center and right next to a metro station and the Rhone Express stop (convenient way to get to the airport). A large shopping mall and the famous food market are also close nearby. Room was clean but quite small. Good sound isolation - though our window was overlooking a busy square in front of the railway station, we were not disturbed by noise. Breakfast is ok.

there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. There were no do not disturb/make up my room signs for the room. Quilts as opposed to blankets for the beds would be more comfortable.

Blankets are dirty and smells very bad. I found a lot of hair on them. Air conditioner is so bad. I think its broken. My room was freezing cold.

The hotel location is extremely convenient, next door to the train station and shopping mall. Easy access to public transport. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast selection.

Whilst the room was advertised as a non-smoking room there was a lingering smell of stale smoke. I had to leave the window open for a lot of the time to try and freshen the room. A fairly soulless hotel.

The location is just near the railway staion. Very convienent.

The wifi is broken in 6th floor.I Went to the lobby for 3 times. The staff there said he will fix it later. But never recover. The attitude is quite un-professional. (Male reception)

The lobby being located one floor up was a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The hotel bar was closed during my visit, limiting options for drinks and socializing.

Clean, good breakfast - boiled eggs, ham, cheese, yogourt, fruit etc. Very near to the station which suited us well as we had travelled by train from Lille. Good, clean economical hotel. Near all forms of transport.
